At Vertex Strategy, we strive to provide high-quality business consulting, financial planning, and retirement advisory services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation or advisory session has been conducted. However, we have outlined clear refund eligibility conditions in specific circumstances.

This policy explains our guidelines for refunds and service cancellations.

1. General Refund Policy
As a professional consulting firm, our services are delivered through customized strategies, professional advice, and in-depth consultations. Since these services involve expert time and effort, refunds are not typically offered after service initiation.

However, we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:
✔ The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to factors within our control.
✔ A duplicate payment was made in error.
✔ A service was canceled by Vertex Strategy before it was provided.

Refunds are not applicable for cases where the client has received and used the consulting service as agreed.

2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are strictly non-refundable due to their nature, including:

Completed consulting sessions: Once a session is conducted, it is considered delivered in full.
Customized business or financial reports: These involve research and strategic analysis tailored to the client’s needs.
Advisory fees for scheduled appointments: If the client does not attend the session or cancels without proper notice, no refund will be issued.
Third-party fees incurred during the consulting process: Any costs related to external tools, reports, or data analysis are non-refundable.
In cases of disputes, we encourage clients to contact our team for resolution.

3. Service Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a consulting session, the following rules apply:
✔ Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance – Clients may reschedule without penalty.
✔ Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session – A cancellation fee may apply.
✔ Missed appointments without notice – No refunds will be issued.

Clients are advised to notify us as early as possible for any scheduling adjustments.

4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to [email protected] with the following details:

Service Purchased
Transaction Details (invoice number, date of payment)
Reason for Refund Request
Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may be subject to account restrictions. If you have concerns regarding a payment, we encourage direct resolution before involving financial institutions.

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension.

6. Modifications to This Policy
Vertex Strategy reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and clients are encouraged to review it periodically.

If any section of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
